How can I return my parcel?

To ensure a smooth return, please note the following: 1. place the goods in their original packaging in the parcel. 2. enclose the enclosed returns slip, complete it in full and seal the parcel securely. 3. hand in the parcel at the nearest post office. The return costs shall be borne by the customer.

I don't know what the sizes and fits of the different brands and manufacturers are like. How do I find the right size?

The sizes for clothing & co. are given in EU sizes. For boots, size charts are also available to download with each boot so that you can find the right size.
