Why do I have to pay for returns?
We fully understand that sometimes an item does not fit or is not to your liking. Unfortunately, returns shipments always place a certain burden on the environment. Reitsport Schockemöhle has been successfully committed to resource conservation and sustainability for years. We try to minimize truck transport routes and unnecessary packaging, which is why we do not offer free returns or return labels. With GoGreen, our company is already making a sustainable contribution to climate protection by offsetting the transport-related CO2 emissions of your individual parcel quantities in national and international shipping for you (offsetting).
Of course, your right of withdrawal remains the same.
To ensure a smooth return, please note the following:
1. place the goods in their original packaging in the parcel
2. enclose the enclosed returns slip, completed in full, with the parcel and seal the parcel securely

3. purchase a shipping label
Choose the right shipping label for your return in DHL Online Franking and pay conveniently online.
4. print out the label and stick it on or have it printed by DHL
You can print out the shipping label purchased in DHL Online Franking yourself and affix it to your return. Alternatively, you can also use the QR code as a mobile label and have it printed out at a DHL drop-off point or by the DHL delivery person. (At the Packstation without a printer, the label will be printed by the delivery person when the parcel is collected).
5. return the goods
Hand in the return at a branch, a parcel store, a Packstation (possible without registration) or directly to the DHL delivery person. Alternatively, you can also book a collection.
We accept returns of online orders up to 14 days after receipt. Please send your items to the following address:

The return costs shall be borne by the customer. Used shipping items cannot be returned.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
Complaints
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects or transport damage, you can simply inform our customer service about your complaint using the following form.
Please note that items that need to be returned will only be accepted if they have been cleaned and washed.
You can use this form to prepare your return and clarify any problems and questions in advance by email. The use of this form is not mandatory for asserting your warranty claims and only serves as a possible communication channel.
