*The following rules apply to the bonus system: The relevant goods value is calculated based on your purchases minus any returned goods. The following are excluded from discounts: blanket washing service, embroidery service, on-site saddle fitting, books, magazines, calendars, image, audio and data carriers, food, vouchers, services and repairs, clippers and matching accessories, and communication items. Unfortunately, purchases made at trade fairs cannot be taken into account. The current discount level can be requested at any time or viewed in your online customer account. We can only take purchases made in our store into account if you are registered as a customer and make the purchases via your customer account.
