1. Where can I order the mail-order catalogue "Equipment Pro Seasonal"?
You can easily order our catalogue online here. Please fill in our contact form and we will send you the catalogue. Please note that there can sometimes be delays of about 2 weeks. Alternatively, you can browse online immediately in our catalog. We are pleased to send you a catalog within Germany free of shipping costs. Customers from abroad will get as option a catalogue included with the current order.
2. How can I cancel my order?
Please get directly in contact with our customer service, so that your order will be taking out of the process and will completely cancel. The statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by the cancellation option.
3. What are my shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs are 5 € within Germany per package. From an order value of 200 € we will ship your order free within Germany. Your goods will be delivered by DHL within Germany. For more information on bulky goods and shipments abroad, see here.
4. When will my items be delivered?
Once your delivery is shipped, you can track your package on your account. Please note that it unfortunately could be possible, that in some cases our stock indicates a false statement. We will inform you immediately about the non-availability or the new delivery date.
5.Are the items shipped abroad?
We ship our products worldwide. Please refer to the shipping table the special shipping costs per country. The Reitsport Schockemoehle GmbH takes no responsibility for any taxes and duties on the transfer abroad.
6. How will I become a customer at Reitsport Schockemoehle GmbH? How do I get a bonus card?
You are automatically recorded as a new customer in our system, at your first purchase. You will get a bonus card, which discount level you can use as from the first purchase.
7. Where do I change my name and address on the Internet?
If you log in on your account, you have the option under the spot "billing address change" to update your name and address.
8. Where can I view my payment method?
When you log in on your account, there you can see your current payment method under the spot "change payment method". Please note, that for current, already received orders the method of payment can´t be changed anymore.
9. How do I get a new password for my account?
Please enter your deposited email address under the section "My Account" and press the button "Forgotten Password". You will get a newly generated password via the deposited email address. Please change this for your own safety at the first login into a password of your choice, with the letter and number combination.
10. How can I return the goods, and who bears the costs?
You can return the items by DHL for free simply by use of your supplied return sticker within Germany. You can give up your package at the post office or at a packing station. The return from abroad will be at own charge.
11. Under what circumstances can I return items after I have purchased them from the brand Knixwear?
If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 14 days after your purchase. Please understand that we can only accept return unworn and in its original packaging. We also ask you not to remove any labels or other attachments to the product during the ftting.
12. Do I get discounts and reduced prices on additional customer discount through the bonus card?
No further discounts or promotions will be charged on already reduced items.
13. How can I pay by invoice?
Select the payment method “on account”, as a consequence a credit rating system checks your reliability in the background and gives a positive result, the payment method will be free for your purchase within Germany.
