Discount Tiers

The following rules apply to the bonus system: The relevant merchandise value is calculated from your purchases minus any returned items. Excluded from discounts are: rug washing service, embroidery service, on-site saddle fitting, books, magazines, calendars, image, audio and data media, food, vouchers, services and repairs, clippers and matching accessories, as well as communication items. Purchases made at trade fairs cannot be taken into account. The current discount level can be requested at any time or viewed in the online customer account. We can only consider purchases made in our store if you are registered as a customer and make the purchases through your customer account. Prize Draws

All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each person may participate only once. Employees of Reitsport Schockemöhle GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation takes place via Instagram (Instagram Reitsport Schockemöhle).

To take part in the prize draw, participants must follow the Instagram page of Reitsport Schockemöhle (Instagram) as well as the page of the respective tagged partner, and like and comment on the prize draw post of the respective day (01–24 December 2025).

The terms of participation vary daily and can be found in the text of the respective prize draw post.

There will be a prize draw every day from 01–24 December 2025. Participation in the respective prize draw is only possible on the day of publication until 11:59 p.m.

The winners will be drawn by the Reitsport Schockemöhle team.

The first prize draw starts on 01 December 2025 upon publication and runs until 01 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Up to and including 24 December 2025, a new prize draw will be published daily.

The prizes vary daily and have different values. The respective daily prize is shown on the prize draw image.

Provided that the participant meets the participation requirements, the prize will be drawn among all participants.

Reitsport Schockemöhle GmbH will then contact the winner via a personal Instagram message. This message will request the personal data required to ensure quick delivery of the prize.

The winner has one week after being contacted to respond. Otherwise, Reitsport Schockemöhle GmbH reserves the right to determine a new winner by drawing lots.

The prize is not transferable to third parties. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

Personal data will be used exclusively for the execution of the prize draw, for winner notification, and for sending out the prize. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Reitsport Schockemöhle GmbH reserves the right to stop the prize draw at any time if a situation occurs that endangers the integrity of the prize draw.

This prize draw is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.

Legal recourse is excluded.
