Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.90 per order.
From an order value of € 49.00, we deliver standard shipments within Germany free of shipping costs.

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a low price.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days in Germany (Germany) and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

  • Payment in advance by bank transfer (please note that the delivery time may be extended by 2-3 working days in the case of payment in advance)

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
up to max. 300€

The invoice amount must be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice.

Payment by instalment with easycredit is possible from a shopping basket of 200€ up to a maximum of 5000€.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
